Let a buyer pay by bank transfer
A buyer commits to wiring the money, gets an invoice, and holds their tickets while it clears.

Open the event's Settings, then Payment

Tick Allow payment by bank transfer
Days to pay is how long the buyer gets, and it's 14 days until you change it.

Remind the buyer this many days before the due date and Chase the buyer this many days after the due date email the buyer either side of the due date. Leave either blank for none. Cancel the order this many days after the due date cancels an unpaid invoice that many days after it was due and puts its tickets back on sale. It takes up to 365. Leave it at 0 and you cancel by hand. -

This needs somewhere for the money to go.Fill in Account holder and IBAN at Invoicing and buyers wire to you in any currency, signed in or not. With Stripe connected instead, Stripe supplies the account details and matches the money as it arrives, and only a signed-in buyer with a buyer account sees the option. Set up both and Where transfers go on that page chooses which.
The order stays unpaid and holds its tickets while you wait.A sequentially numbered invoice with the transfer details is issued the moment they commit. Your own details on that invoice come from Invoicing.
